NOTE: Our product is designed to have a creamy consistency that protects the lips for an extended amount of time. It will initially not glide as quickly as typical lip balms when first opened since the raw cocoa butter tends to slightly solidify when cold. Give it a few passes on the lips (or wrist) to warm it up.
